- MS Geotechnical Engineering required. Will consider BSCE with geotechnical emphasis/experience.
- Must be strong in work ethic, responsibility, initiative, flexibility, thoroughness, and critical thinking.
- CAD, GIS, gINT, other geotechnical software experience a plus.
- For engineers without geotechnical field experience, position includes initial six to twelve month field and lab training program involving soil testing, observation of earthwork, construction, site explorations and assessments. Ability to perform some physical tasks such as climbing slopes and lifting equipment/soil samples (30 to 90 lbs) in the field is required.

- Entry level as well as experienced persons should apply. No experience required.
- Construction related experience a plus.
- Personal SUV or truck required.
- Requires, at minimum, high school diploma with good basic math, reading comprehension, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Good driving record and health required.
- Must be physically fit for climbing slopes, walking long distances, and regularly lifting 30 to 50 pound items (occasionally up to 90 lbs.).
- Ability to enthusiastically tackle multiple assignments at multiple field locations with demanding schedules and frequent seasonal overtime.
- Skills to coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties a must.
- Job application, interview, and onsite math and writing tests required.
- MS Geotechnical Engineering preferred. Will consider industry experience in lieu of MS degree.
- Must appreciate a fast paced but professionally challenging and rewarding consulting environment with significant growth and advancement potential.
- Technical expertise in planning and executing site exploration and soil testing programs.
- Experience in seismic (liquefaction, settlement), slope stability, static settlement, ground improvement, pavement, foundations, and earth structures analyses.
- Sound understanding of construction phase issues and geotechnical services.
- Project management and business development experience a plus.

- BS or MS in Geology required
- Strong academic training in sedimentology, stratigraphy, structural geology, geomorphology, and geologic field mapping. Experienced geologists must have experience and proficiency in the aforementioned areas.
- Necessary skills include effective communication, technical writing, working well with a team, and a strong work approach to data gathering, research, and analysis.
- Project level geologists with project management, proposal preparation and report writing experience a plus.
- Position requires an offroad suitable, field ready vehicle.
Part time summer positions for engineering or geology students available in soils laboratory and field observation and testing. No experience required. Field positions require a field ready vehicle (truck, SUV).
Part time positions for engineering and geology students during academic year may also be available, depending on qualified candidate.
